Complete 100 Wall-Balls w/ heavier ball:

Frog Jump to Wall while holding Ball

Max Unbroken set of Wall-Balls

Frog Jump Back

Complete same number of slam-balls as you did that set of Wall-Balls

So total each athlete will do 100 wall-balls and 100 slam balls. Start athletes near where

we stack plates. Frog jump to wall. Complete max unbroken set. Frog back. Complete

same number of slam balls. Repeat until 100 wall-balls and slam balls are done.
