One Athlete at a time do the following as fast as possible:

– One sled down and back

– Run 200m

– One sled down and back

– 10 HSPU

– One sled down and back

– 30 Wall-Balls

While not doing the sprint, athletes work on the following:

– HS Walk Practice

– MU Practice

– Peg Board

– Sott Presses
