Hi! I’m Suzanne (people at the gym call me Sue)! I have been a personal trainer, as well as a CrossFit L1 trainer at Clout for 13 years. I understand the importance of consistent movement as we age, as well as possibly having to adjust our methods of training when life brings changes to our bodies. I strongly believe that learning how to move your body, as well as making it stronger, more flexible and adaptable is a huge key to long term health! It's never too late to start a fitness routine!
